From My Heart to Yours

The past three months have been a whirlwind, full of both quiet strength and stretching seasons. We experienced a deep loss in our family this year, and yet in the midst of grief, I kept moving forward, working on projects not for praise, but for purpose. For growth. For the future of my business and company I work for. And also, for the expansion of my understanding.
My birthday was a beautiful reminder of what truly matters. It wasn’t about gifts or glam, it was about seeing my family and friends laugh, dance, and simply enjoy life. In that moment, I felt such peace and joy.
And even now, as I prepare for an important exam while navigating long 12-hour shifts, family visits, and bone-deep exhaustion… I’m still grateful. Tired, yes. But so, so thankful. Because every time I return home, I’m met with open arms and unconditional love.
I’ve learned that if you constantly seek validation from the outside world, you’ll likely be let down. Even those who love us the most have their own highs and lows. But the peace that comes from within, the kind that God lovingly places in your spirit,

is priceless.
No amount of money or rest could compare to the stillness I feel in my soul when I remember that I am blessed. That I am favored. That God has more for me than I can even begin to imagine.
So if you’re in a hard moment… pause. Look for the little things. The arms waiting to hold you when you get home. The quiet love of heaven that never wavers. The breath in your body and the whisper in your heart reminding you: you haven’t even scratched the surface of the plans God has for you.
Stay grateful. Stay grounded. Keep going.
With love,
