About Tip

Therapeutic Mindful Movement Practitioner & Wellness Specialist

Tip White’s journey into mindful movement began through dance, where she developed a deep understanding of the connection between movement, expression, and emotional well-being. While living in Okinawa, Japan, she received her first certification in 2008 and began sharing mindful movement practices within her community and on-base organizations.

Her work has since expanded across youth development, movement education, and wellness coaching, creating supportive spaces where individuals can build confidence, body awareness, and emotional balance.

Tip holds a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Leo University and is currently a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy candidate at Notre Dame of Maryland University, deepening her focus on mind-body integrative care.

Through Koping Tips, she offers mindful movement sessions, workshops, and wellness experiences designed to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and whole-person well-being.

Her mission is to make these tools accessible to all, especially for those who may not see themselves reflected in traditional wellness spaces.
